Wireless Festival : More Than Music At Wireless



Wireless sponsored by Barclaycard will be the highlight of Hyde Park on 2,3,4 July, boasting a stellar line up including headliners P!NK, LCD Soundsystem, 2manydjs and JAY-Z, with 4 stages crammed with some of the world’s biggest acts and best breakthrough talent. Making the most of the music is a must but festival goers will also have the chance to soak up everything else that is going on onsite; catwalk shows, pamper zones, professional model scouting from Premier Models, a special beach party and much more.

Barclaycard Unwind will welcome every ticket holder to Wireless on Friday and Saturday with a unique Unwind Card, which enters them into a competition to win tickets to the following day of Wireless. In addition any Barclaycard holders who win the competition will also be invited onto the Barclaycard open top bus with onsite viewpoint of the crowd and views across the park from the exclusive top deck, plus the chance to win a backstage tour and special VIP treatment.

But that’s not all! Wireless festival goers also have more chances to win big by playing the Barclaycard Rollercoaster Extreme game in the dedicated Barclaycard gaming area in the arena. Downloadable free from the iTunes store as soon as Wireless kicks off, everyone who downloads and takes part stands to win fantastic prizes; a mouth-watering £50,000 and a trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas.

Finally - Why waste time standing in queues on site when you could be winning? Thanks to Barclaycard this year state of the art contactless pay points will be available at bars and selected food outlets right across the site!

UGG - The Beauty & Beats area is back and bigger than before featuring a catwalk show celebrating festival style and embracing the UGG® Australia spirit. Professional model shows will take place featuring girls and for the first time, guys from Premier models. Joining these on the catwalk will be a hand picked selection of newly scouted model talent taken from the Wireless crowd each day. Premier model scouts will be scouring Hyde Park for new faces to take part in the shows and be professionally photographed in their moment on the festival catwalk. Additionally there’ll also be the chance to purchase the latest UGG product and relax in the lavish lounge bar.

TIGI are back to Wireless in a big way for 2010, bringing their rock star stylist team on site for the duration of the festival to keep the crowd looking its best. With their range of youth-focused Bed Head hair products including their perfect for festival goers Rockaholic range, there’s no excuse to not look sharp every day during Wireless.

Hop onboard! Continuing the beauty trend Elemis, the leading British skincare and spa luxury spa brand, will arrive at Wireless armed to the hilt aboard their new SpaBus. Fully equipped with ‘Elemis Angels’ who will carry out therapy treatments on the lower deck and provide treatments and professional lifestyle consultations. There’s also the chance to attend beauty workshops and win great Elemis prizes, with an extra range of VIP treatments available on the SpaBus upper deck.

The Beauty and the Beats area wouldn’t be complete without the Luxury Loos, where for a small fee a glamorous loo experience can be ensured every time. The EA Hub will also be live at Wireless this summer, offering the chance to play the latest EA video game releases on all the best platforms.
